Advertising Week Europe began in 2013 as the second global edition of Advertising Week and brings together the advertising, marketing, media and technology industries for a week of inspiring thought leadership, business development and one of a kind special events. The week draws from the brand, media, marketing, technology and broader cultural communities while focusing on key business drivers, issues and conversations that shape and influence the global industry.
There is so much to do and see - over 200 events across four days. Here are the sessions we're hosting and partnering:
'Elephant in the room' session on well-being: mental health, neurodiversity and work-life balance
Wednesday 21 March, 3:15pm, Stage 1
In line with our 2018 braver agenda, four opinionated and bold marketing leaders will get under the skin of an uncomfortable topic, and have an open and honest conversation on mental health, neurodiversity and work-life balance.
Joining us are:
Mark Evans, marketing director, Direct Line Group
Rachel Eyre, head of marketing propositions, Sainsbury's
Josh Krichefski, CEO, MediaCom UK
Nishma Robb, marketing director, Google
This is where we have uncomfortable conversations. This is how we learn to become better, braver marketers.
Dinner at Borough Market with Google
Wednesday 21 March, 7pm
As part of Advertising Week Europe, we’ll be taking over the iconic Borough Market for a special gathering of the most influential leaders in marketing and advertising with our partner, Google.
Despite the tragedies that hit last year, Borough Market and London as a whole have remained resilient, so we’ll be taking this opportunity to join together and toast being brave in adversity whilst enjoying exceptional British produce provided by Borough Market Traders.
This event is invitation-only. To register your interest to join us for a couple of glasses of wine and some big conversations, please email Natasha.
