In line with our Brave agenda we are making the invisible visible at Advertising Week New York. We want to remove the stigma around taboo topics, push boundaires and have an open an honest conversation to tackle the 'Elephant in the room' within the Marketing industry.
We will be putting Marketing Society Chief Executive Gemma Greaves, Head of Diversity for TBWA, Doug Melville and VP of Marketing Culture and Learning for Anheuser-Busch Jodi Harris on stage, for an honest and uncomfortable conversation, led by Global CMO, Siegel+Gale and Chair of The Marketing Society New York, Margaret Molloy.
We believe it’s OK not to be OK, its fine to be fallible and you can only be truly brave and innovative by taking risks and pushing boundaries - so are you brave enough to join us and share your Elephant?
During this session on Thursday October 4, 11am on the Univision Stage we will explore the challenges that marketers are facing today and provide some solutions to deal with them.
- How to tackle taboo's and have uncomfortable conversations in the workplace
- What can we as leaders can do to implement and effect change
