Together with Brand Learning, we developed the International Marketing Leaders Program (IMLP) - a unique development experience for high-potential individuals preparing for senior marketing leadership roles. The IMLP has been inspiring marketing leaders in Europe for the past 14 years, and the past 3 years in Asia.
Following a successful launch in North America in 2016, the program returns to New York this fall with the aim of preparing high potential individuals for the role of Marketing Director or leader of a substantial team.
Module 1 breakdown:
What the future of marketing and business looks like; a deep dive into the new ways of generating strategic consumer understanding; the discovery of one’s own personal values as a basis for becoming a leader.
Establishing an inter-related sense of personal, team and brand purpose to drive internal commitment and external customer engagement.
Nurturing authentic relationships, collaborations and supporters internally and externally; leading agency partnerships with insight and purpose.
