Our OnesToWatch programme came together for a third and final day of inspiration, learning and leadership development.
Creative leadership guru and author Chris Baréz-Brown hosted the final session to round-off our third year of our rising talent development programme.
Chris combines an eclectic professional background including time in the army, brand management, innovation and leadership development, with his fascination for people and the more esoteric practices of Reiki, meditation, shamanism, hypnotherapy and cider drinking. All of which make his take on work refreshing, simple and inspiring.
Chris has written four bestselling books;- ‘How to have kick ass ideas’ is published by HarperCollins. ‘Shine. How to survive and thrive at work’, ‘Free. Love your work, love your life’ and most recently ‘Wake Up: Escaping a Life On Autopilot’ all published by Penguin.
Sir Nigel Bogle
Nigel’s background is in Account Management, originally learning his trade at Leo Burnett after a brief and spectacularly unsuccessful attempt to become a lawyer. He founded BBH with John Bartle and John Hegarty in London in 1982. The three had met eight years previously when they were each approached to start the UK office of TBWA.
Taking no business and just five people from TBWA, they set up BBH with the objective of producing truly outstanding work for like-minded clients. Nigel has twice been voted top CEO in the industry. He is one of very few account men to have received the President’s Award from the BTAA.
He is a passionate believer in the power of difference to make a difference captured in the agency's mantra: "When the World Zigs, Zag".
