Yousef is a true digital evangelist, a university lecturer, TEDx speaker and mentor to the next generation of Arab technology entrepreneurs in the region. In his previous role he was the Chief Innovation Officer at Leo Burnett MENA and prior to that CEO of Flip Media.
His session focussed on 'Arabs Be Like' - A guide to the modern Middle East - where Yousef provided an in-depth view into the life of a modern Arab, as well as how regional and global brands are succeeding or failing to connect with this audience, with a focus on social media and how it has completely transformed the relationships between people, governments and brands.
This event provided a fantastic opportunity to hear from one of the region's most innovative marketing leaders, one who has particular experience of best practice in digital marketing.
