Across the three days, participants will be inspired by seminars with marketing leaders from blue-chip organisations and spend time exploring their own leadership style, challenges and opportunities.
The first module will begin with an introduction to marketing leadership and discuss the importance of creating an inspiring sense of purpose.
Day 2: Defining a purpose
Delegates will explore unique frameworks and techniques, working with delegates to define their own personal purpose and the impact it has on others with
Day 3: Leading in practice
Participants will relate their learning from the workshop back to the issues they face on the job.
The evenings will conclude with a networking dinner.
