January is traditionally the time of year when we stop. Stop drinking, stop smoking, stop bringing work home at the weekend, stop prioritising other people's goals ahead of our own. It's when we make promises that we already know we're going to break.

At our Mind, Body and Soul event we were joined by two experts - one to recharge your mind and soul, and the other, your body.
Anni Townend, a leadership consultant and associate of Steve Radcliffe helped attendees focus on the difference that they want to make by the end of 2016. She was joined by health coach, Lizzy Nichol (see her blog here http://howweeatnow.com/blog/) who gave practical advice on staying healthy and full of energy so you can do inspiring things with your lives.
This event was an opportunity to kick-start 2016 with real promises that will help you be better at work and home. Oh, and we had wonderfully healthy drinks, courtesy of Innocent, on the day too.
See. That was much easier than all those other New Year resolutions.
