On Thursday 3 September, our #onestowatch came together at Westminster Boating Base for a third and final day of inspiration, learning and leadership development.
Creative leadership guru and author Chris Baréz-Brown hosted the final session.
For this new programme our #onestowatch learnt about leadership from Steve Radcliffe, challenging conversations from Ruth Saunders, and the people paradox from Mark Earls.
Our 2015 crop of promising talent included rising stars from HSBC, Aviva, BBC Worldwide, Expedia, British Gas, BT, Homebase, Capital One, IBM, John Lewis, IHG, First Direct, Hiscox, The Post Office, Digital Cinema Media, Travelex, Direct Line, Müller Dairy, Experian, Mars, Transport for London, McDonald's, Unilever, ITV and Expedia.
