We were delighted to host an inspirational evening with top chef David Myers on 30 June at 6.30pm as we explored his ‘perfect plate’. The evening will took place at his Adrift restaurant in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.
Over delicious food and wine, we heard David’s personal culinary journey told through the dishes that mean the most to him. He shared the story behind each ingredient and how his perfect plate was inspired by his travels around the world.
David is an American chef who has established restaurants in the US and Asia. He was named Chef of the Year by Angeleno magazine in 2004 and is known throughout the world for sourcing his ingredients locally and seasonally. His creativity and inspiration come from various aspects of his life.
