From our Ones To Watch course to our Marketing Leaders Programme, professional development is at the forefront of our minds at the Society.
We were delighted to host this unique development session which focussed on future marketing leaders and how to equip them with the skills needed to develop their leadership style.
Leadership coach Andy Bird hosted a session around the ‘being’ of a leader, which provided the understanding required to lead (rather than manage) and highlighted the different types of energy which would impact the way you lead.
