Being innovative isn't confined to startups; Join us as we look to startup's culture of stepping out of the comfort zone and discover how you can still be inventive whilst adhering to the responsibilities and demands of our companies.
The breakfast will be split into three distinct sessions, moderating by our New York board member Margaret Molloy and our very own, chief executive Gemma Greaves:
Session 1: How does a global company manage innovation?
The morning will kick-start with Deborah Barta, SVP, innovation management and startup engagement at Mastercard, Jake Kirsch, VP Innovation at Anheuser-Busch and Ruth Yomtoubian, Executive Producer for Remix The Future who will talk about applying innovation principles and models in large corporations.
Session 2: How does culture and behaviour effect innovation?
Following a coffee break, we will hear from Alexa Depasquale, VP, Partnerships Lead, Grey Group and Wendi Bukowitz, innovation lab leader at Munich Reinsurance who will explore why it's important to be fallible and make mistakes.
Session 3: Innovation in our new world.
Everyone knows too well the reality of doing more for less, from shrinking budgets to an increasingly high pressure to produce results.
For our final session of the day, we will hear from Christine Cuoco, Twitter, Alasdair Kenvyn, Global Exploration Director, ZX Ventures, Ciara Dilley, senior director, transformation innovation at PepsiCo and Alexa DePasquale, VP, partnerships lead at Grey Adventures, on how to embrace new technologies whilst balancing short-term results with long-term thinking.
