Marketing Leaders Programme

ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

We are constantly asking ourselves what makes a great marketing leader. So in 2004 we decided to do something about it by launching the Marketing Leaders Programme (MLP), brought to you by The Marketing Society and Brand Learning.

Run as a series of modules at residential retreats we host this professional development course in the UK, USA and Singapore with the aim of creating the global marketing leaders of the future.

LEADERSHIP SKILLS

MLP takes a no nonsense approach to leadership development, empowering delegates to make a bigger difference in their careers and in life and is designed around leadership guru Steve Radcliffe’s Future, Engage and Deliver framework, which focuses on the balance between 'being' (behavioural) skills and 'doing' (technical) skills.
