Ross Macdonald

Planner, The Union

Since joining The Union in 2015, Ross has worked in the Planning Department conducting research and strategy work for a range of public, private and charity clients, including Food Standards Scotland, Scottish Government and Robert Gordon University. Ross started to become interested in behavioural economics whilst still at school, and this interest led him to study Psychology and Business Studies at Edinburgh University and ultimately to a career in advertising. No Ross is a self-professed behavioural science geek. His favourite topic to talk excitedly about is the Placebo Effect, regardless of how many bored looks he gets in return!
