As Head of Membership, I’m responsible for the whole membership department which includes supporting our current members, bringing in new ones, and developing the membership offering to ensure it provides our community with what it wants and needs.

Random Fact: In a previous role I used to look after the mascots at England Rugby Internationals, so for two years walked out the Twickenham tunnel with the England team in front of 82,000 screaming people which was quite a buzz!
