A special Under the Spotlight Marketing Society THINK EQUAL event with Huda Buhumaid, CMO, Dubai Holding.
The concept of our Under the Spotlight format is to bring together brave leaders for an insightful conversation where they bring their true selves to the conversation, are provocative and share insights that marketing leaders can learn from and be inspired to do something differently.
THINK EQUAL is our initiative aimed at driving diversity and inclusion across the marcomms industry in the MENA region Initially the focus will be on accelerating gender equality helping to progress the careers of mid and senior management women (8-15 years of experience roughly), to take more positions leading brands, agencies and media owners in the UAE and wider MENA region.
At the event we’ll have the chance to hear personal stories from Huda about her career and being a female Emirati leader in the industry, before we move into breakout groups to discuss key barriers stopping change. THINK EQUAL is all about action, and so we will ask attendees to work in smaller groups following the event to collaborate together to drive change.
