She has contributed to journals and delivered guest lectures at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and, for the last 6 years, she has been Head of Cultural Partnerships at Codec, an AI-based insights company that has raised millions to map online popular culture around the globe.In her current role, Humphreys guides brands and publishers through the process of connecting with consumers through authentic cultural marketing practices. Understanding why consumers choose what they do, and using algorithmic mapping to predict the future of cultural tastes and preferences, has driven her success with R&D projects and innovation at brands such as Adidas, Estée Lauder, and LVMH.Humphreys has delivered keynotes and led workshops for a variety of brands in the luxury and consumer goods space, including Pfizer, Chanel, L'Oréal, and Unilever.
