Carolyn is ultimately responsible for Collective’s overall output. She has over 28 years integrated marketing experience working across a range of global blue-chip clients. 

Now in her 4th year as MD at Collective, Carolyn has driven new service and commercial  models ensuring we continually innovate and reflect the needs of our clients.  A trusted partner to our Senior client teams she is passionate about delivering value to our client’s businesses’.
