Director, Cross-Government campaigns, Cabinet Office

Conrad is Director of Campaigns & Marketing for the Cabinet Office, where he is responsible for Covid-19 marketing communications, as well as other major cross-government campaigns, such as the GREAT Britain campaign which he founded in 2011 when based at No10 Downing Street.

His government career spans campaigns on counter-terrorism, international trade & inward investment and public diplomacy, working for departments such as the Foreign & Commonwealth Office and the Department for International Trade. Before joining the Civil Service, Conrad worked in advertising as a copywriter and strategic planner and included setting his own award-winning communication consultancy.
