Dana Kanze

Assistant Professor,Organisational Behaviour

Dr Dana Kanze (pronounced Donna Cans) is an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at London Business School. She received her PhD from Columbia Business School and BS in Economics, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr Kanze’s research applies behavioural insights to understand sources of labour market inequality, spanning the areas of judgment and decision making, ethics, motivation science and entrepreneurship. Prior to her academic career, Dana worked as an investment banker, strategic consultant, and entrepreneur. Her award-winning research has been published in leading academic outlets such as the Academy of Management Journal, Organizational Behaviour and Human Decision Processes, and Science Advances, as well as in top-tier practitioner outlets such as Harvard Business Review. She enjoys mentoring and training teams of investors and entrepreneurs based upon her research.
