Dr. Elaine Rodrigo is Chief Insights & Analytics Officer at Reckitt and a global leader in consumer insights, analytics, and AI-powered business transformation.

For nearly 30 years, Elaine has worked at the intersection of consumer understanding, marketing, data, and technology, helping organizations make better decisions through a deeper understanding of people. Her work has spanned Reckitt, Danone, and Mondelez, where she has led the transformation of insights into a strategic business capability and pioneered AI-enabled innovation at scale.

Elaine is Executive-in-Residence at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School, a Board Director at Stravito and Women in Research (WIRe), and a Senior Fellow at Monash University.
