The Marketing Society UAE Scholars in 2025

In 2022, The Marketing Society launched a new Scholarship – a chance to help accelerate the careers of young marketers in the UAE.

Each year we award 50 Scholars and provide a complimentary programme of events, training, webinars, mentoring and more, helping to grow marketing and leadership skills in high potential individuals.

Session #7 - How to Lead at Speed

In a rapidly changing world, effective marketing leadership is about speed, agility, and foresight. In this session, Sophie Devonshire, CEO of The Marketing Society, will share insights from her book How to Lead at Speed, while Alasdair Hall-Jones, Global Director, reveals the ten lessons he wishes he’d known a decade ago. Participants will walk away with actionable strategies to lead with confidence, adapt swiftly, and accelerate their career growth.
