The Changemakers Salon is an intimate format built for one thing: genuine debate. No stage, no lecture, just senior marketers in conversation with a provocative idea. For this session, that idea is Nir Eyal's thinking on attention and behaviour, and what it means for marketing leadership.

Hosted by our CEO Sophie Devonshire, Nir will open with a short provocation on the hidden beliefs that shape our choices, performance and potential, drawing on the latest research from neuroscience, psychology and behavioural design. From there, the floor is yours: a facilitated exchange where Members challenge, question and build on his thinking together.

The session runs under Chatham House Rules, so expect candid, off-the-record debate. We'll close not with a summary, but by asking each person in the room to name one thing they'll do differently.

Afterwards, we'll head to the terrace for drinks (English summer weather permitting!) and the chance to connect with fellow Members in a relaxed setting.
