The Community Platform Open House is a relaxed, practical drop-in session where we take you through our new community platform together, show you how it works, and get you using it there and then. It's designed to bring you along with us rather than leave you to work it out alone, so you arrive curious and leave knowing your way around, with a clearer sense of how the platform fits into your membership.

What it's about

Since launch, a lot of you have told us you're keen to explore the platform but not quite sure where to begin, so we've created a regular space to walk you through it in real time. We'll start by setting out why we have the platform and what it's for, so the purpose is clear, then we'll give you a proper walk-through of how it works. From there it gets hands-on: you'll do something live during the session, so you leave having actually used the platform rather than just watched a demo.

We'll be on hand throughout to help with anything that's tripping you up, whether that's setting up your profile, finding the groups that matter to you, or connecting with fellow Members around the world.
