This session will focus on the role of leaders in driving forward mental health and wellbeing as a strategic driver.

You'll get hints and tips on how to set up a market leading wellbeing programme and the impact it can have on both teams and morale, but also on business performance. Learn why understanding mental health is critical to business success and how you as marketing leaders can influence and drive change.

We'll hear from experts in the field who have driven fundamental change, including Jonny Jacobs, Finance Director at Starbucks and Trustee of the Mental Health Foundation, and Geoff McDonald, Keynote Speaker, Business Transformation Advisor & Mental Health Campaigner.

Jonny Jacobs is an award-winning Finance professional who feels passionately about the role of mental fitness in the workplace. Prior to his current position as a Finance Director at Starbucks, Jonny was Strategy & Transformation Director at pladis, the global snacking business which brings together iconic brands including McVitie's and Godiva. As the Executive Board sponsor for Mental Health, he led the Employee Mental Health & Wellbeing initiative, which led to the national "Let's Talk" partnership between McVitie's and mental health charity, Mind.

He is a Goalkeeper for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation dedicated to accelerating progress towards the United Nations Global Goals, and works with various organisations to advocate the importance of Mental Fitness in business.
