Join us for an insightful morning as we deep dive into the state of Hong Kong creativity.

In 2023, over 600 prestigious Lion statues were awarded globally, with only two finding their way to Hong Kong. Similarly, at Spikes Asia in March 2024, just one campaign from Hong Kong received recognition.
What lies behind these numbers? Is Hong Kong's creative output truly lagging international standards? Are our campaigns not effectively showcased? Or perhaps, is there a declining interest in engaging with international awards?
This event aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the current state of creativity within Hong Kong's marketing industry. We will spotlight local standout work that may have missed international acclaim for various reasons. Furthermore, we'll explore actionable strategies to reignite Hong Kong's presence on the global marketing stage.
Key Highlights:
•    The State of Hong Kong Creativity: Andreas Krasser - CEO of DDB Hong Kong, will share insights into the state of Hong Kong creativity including the challenges and opportunities.

•    Review examples of standout work: We'll go through standout campaigns, as shared and voted for by our members and board. 

•    Panel of Perspectives: We’ll be joined by Justin Bonnett - Regional Head of Marketing for JLL, Carol Lam, Director - Corporate Brand for Link REIT and Chris Kyme, Co-Founder & Creative Director for kymechow, as they share their perspectives on how to put Hong Kong on the world stage as well as discuss the standout work
