As CEO of Nestlé Waters Vietnam and Vice-President of Asian Countries, he tripled revenue while maintaining high double-digit profitability. In Greater China and Korea, he oversaw operations generating $370M in sales across five factories. His leadership approach emphasizes trust-building, entrepreneurial thinking, and transformative workplace culture, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
