Ian Burton

Ian Burton is a senior executive business leader and board member with over 30 years’ experience in the FMCG sector and a proven track record of driving business growth through successful turnaround strategies. In November 2022, Ian was appointed as President for Perfetti Van Melle, APAC region. Prior to joining Perfetti, Ian worked for Mars, Incorporated for 21 years and has extensive experience in both emerging and established markets, having worked in the UK, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Ian currently serves on the Australasia Board of the Ehrenberg Bass Institute. Born in the UK, Ian moved to Zimbabwe as a toddler and started his working career in South Africa.
