What’s your golden rule?
Always lead with both heart and mind.
Who has been your biggest influence?
My greatest influences are the women who came before me and the one growing after me, my grandmother, my mum, and my daughter.
What is your most hated business expression?
I hope all is well :)
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
I’ve had several, but the smartest have always been the simple, everyday ideas no one saw coming, the ones that make people say, “Why didn’t I think of that?
Which leader do you admire most and why?
The leaders I admire most are my grandmother, for the way she led our family and community with wisdom and strength, and Muhammad Ali, for his resilience and unwavering conviction.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
I’m focused on remaining top of mind, inspiring our community, and ensuring our work makes a positive difference — after all, we are in the business of people.
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
I’m part of TMS because of its commitment to helping marketers—whether just starting out or accomplished CMOs—grow and give back. I believe in its ethos and business model, and hearing the real impact it has on people inspires me to stay involved and do even more.
Why does marketing matter to you?
Marketing matters to me because, like football, it’s a universal language that connects people across borders, cultures, and experiences, evoking emotion and inspiring connection.
What do you think the biggest challenge in marketing will be in 2026
In 2026, marketers’ biggest challenge will be balancing AI tools with human insight to maintain authentic connections.
