Trust is hard to earn…once earned, don’t squander it!
Who has been your biggest influence?
My wife. She's an incredible thought leader and voracious learner who challenges me to be my best self every day.
What is your most hated business expression?
"Let's circle back." It's a commitment to never commit.
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Repositioning businesses from transactional to relational models. When you stop selling products and start building communities, everything changes.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
I admire leaders who stand up for what they believe even when it's unpopular. Conviction without arrogance is rare and powerful.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
How brands differentiate when AI makes everything feel the same. The answer isn't louder marketing but building something genuinely worth talking about.
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
Marketing problems are increasingly global. The best solutions come from learning how others tackle similar challenges across different markets and cultures.
Why does marketing matter to you?
I've always been fascinated by what drives consumer decisions. Marketing lets me be both student and architect of human behavior at scale.

I'm an avid cook, skier, and golfer. My best strategic thinking happens on mountains and fairways.
