What’s your golden rule?
Creativity with purpose always wins. Every campaign should connect with people on a human level while driving real impact for the brand
Who has been your biggest influence?
My biggest influence has been the founders and leaders I’ve observed throughout my career, those who combine vision with action. I’m inspired by people who lead with creativity, empathy, and a willingness to take risks. Their ability to build teams, empower talent, and create meaningful work motivates me to do the same at MKV Digital every day
What is your most hated business expression?
We’ve always done it this way.’ I believe the moment you stop questioning and experimenting, you stop growing. Innovation comes from challenging the norm, not sticking to it.
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Launching MKV Creators within MKV Digital was the smartest business idea I’ve had. By building a dedicated creator and UGC division, we were able to help brands connect authentically with audiences, scale campaigns efficiently, and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. It turned content creation into a strategic growth engine, not just a marketing tactic.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Not one name but I admire leaders who combine vision with empathy, those who inspire their teams, take bold risks, and create a lasting impression.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
Right now, I’m focused on how brands can stay relevant in a world of constant digital disruption. It’s about leveraging creator-driven content, AI, and emerging platforms to connect authentically with audiences, while ensuring every marketing investment drives measurable business impact. As a marketing leader, my priority is to balance innovation with strategy, empowering teams to experiment, scale what works, and deliver campaigns that truly move both people and business.

Beyond marketing, I’m passionate about horse riding. It’s taught me discipline, patience, and the importance of building trust—qualities I bring into leadership and creative work every day.
