What’s your golden rule?

Drive growth to build for today with an eye on what matters for tomorrow.

Who has been your biggest influence?

My father. He was the CFO for a large company who ate lunch with the factory line workers in the plant every Friday. He realized how important it was to hear different perspectives from different people. 

What is your most hated business expression?

"table steaks"

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?

I launched an influencer network for my brand long before influencers became a core pillar of digital marketing.

Which leader do you admire most and why?

Steve Jobs. He forged a path that was truly his own, broke rules, with an eye for the future an impeccable design.

What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?

How to integrate AI into my team's work that helps to build a brighter future for them tomorrow.

Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?

Business growth is people led. Networking to meet new people and learn from them, gaining different perspectives, is the fuel to drive grow both personally and professionally.

Why does marketing matter to you?

Its the core of everything we do. It establishes a bond with consumers as well as employees. It listens, communicates and provides solutions. It's like business's BFF.

Tell us something that’s not on your CV

I love to travel. I love the excitement of landing in a foreign country after an overnight flight. My senses are heightened as my mind adapts to a different language, sights and smells. I am a very visual person, and I take in all the cues even in a place I have been to before.
