What’s your golden rule?

Always stay curious. The media landscape moves fast, and curiosity is needed to keep testing and learning.

Who has been your biggest influence?

I’ve been lucky to work with leaders who balance analytical thinking with creativity. They’ve shown me that great marketing is about how data and good ideas can work together to drive real impact.

What is your most hated business expression?

If you can’t measure it, it doesn’t matter: This expression is misleading because not everything that drives success is quantifiable. Leadership, culture, vision, and trust are hard to put into KPIs but are essential to performance. Over-indexing on measurable metrics can push teams to chase easy numbers instead of meaningful impact.

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?

I truly believe my smartest idea is waiting to be discovered, and when it reveals itself, I’ll pour my whole heart and energy into bringing it to life.

Which leader do you admire most and why?

I admire people who lead with clarity and empathy, someone like Jean-Yves Sireau of Deriv, who proved that strong results and a people-first approach can go hand in hand.

What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?

How to help my team stay ahead of the fast-changing media landscape.

Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?

It connects me with peers who are constantly pushing boundaries and keeps me inspired about the future of marketing, especially in this era of artificial intelligence and rapidly evolving consumer behavior.

Why does marketing matter to you?

Because it’s where data, creativity, and human insight meet. Good marketing helps people discover products/solutions that genuinely make their lives better.

I’ve always been passionate about entertainment and storytelling. My goal is to one day run a media company that empowers talented creators to share stories that shape culture and spark meaningful conversations.
