What’s your golden rule?
Good marketing can change someone's mind. Great marketing will change someone's behavior.
Who has been your biggest influence?
A former manager who taught me that influence does not come from knowing the answer, but from asking better questions. It kind of reshaped how I approach CRM Marketing strategy, and the leadership and stakeholder management that comes along with that.
What is your most hated business expression?
"Single source of truth." - sometimes people cite the "truth" that suits them.
What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
Treating data/user-segmentation as a business weapon. Once we are "armed" and aligned on internal roles, data labels, and commercial tiers, CRM finally starts pulling its weight across the funnel.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Cristiano Ronaldo. Not the most naturally gifted, but definitely the most disciplined. He built a legacy through relentless working on himself which I think is the most underrated leadership trait.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
Cutting through all the noise. Not just externally, but internally. As marketing leaders, we are overwhelmed with tools, trends, and targets. What is on my mind is how to simplify execution without losing impact. Specifically, how to build CRM ecosystems that behave less like "outbound factories" and more like real-time "function" of trust, lifetime value, and behavioral influence.
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
I feel that marketing is evolving faster than ever, especially in the advent of "Web 3.0" and AI- it would be interesting to be surrounded by like-minded marketing experts who are also shaping up what's next in the industry.
Why does marketing matter to you?
Marketing is like the bridge between understanding your customers (and people in general) and influencing their behaviors. Understanding Human signals and translating those into a meaningful "connection".

I’m raising two kids, and I can confidently say they’ve taught me more about storytelling, negotiation, and emotional intelligence than any other training program ever has!!!
