What’s your golden rule?
I have 2 - First if a 5 year old understands it you have communicated. Second, Don’t just market. Move them. If it doesn’t stir a feeling, it won’t drive action.
Who has been your biggest influence?
My mother — she marketed strength without ever naming it. Watching her taught me the power of silent branding: who you are speaks louder than what you say.
What is your most hated business expression?
“Let’s circle back.”

What’s the smartest business idea you’ve ever had?
“Turning boring financial products into emotional experiences. No one cares about interest rates—until you tell them how it helps fund their dream vacation.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
Indra Nooyi — for redefining leadership with fierce intelligence and feminine grace. She didn’t just climb the ladder, she changed its design for women like me.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
How to humanise brands in a world obsessed with metrics. Data drives decisions, but emotion drives loyalty. That balance is everything.
Why is being part of The Marketing Society important for your career?
Because I don’t just want a seat at the table — I want conversations that challenge, inspire, and push boundaries. This society feels like the room I’ve been building towards.
Why does marketing matter to you?
Marketing is soul work in disguise. It’s not just about selling — it’s about shifting minds, sparking emotion, and rewriting the way the world sees, feels, and buys.. and it aligns with my bigger purpose to break stereotypes.

I dance. I paint. I feel.
And often, my best marketing ideas come mid-Bachata spin or while mixing acrylic on canvas. Creativity lives where structure takes a backseat — and that’s my secret superpower.
