Jonathan Ye is Senior Director of Engagement at Science Centre Singapore, where he leads brand, marketing communications, partnerships, placemaking and community engagement as part of the organisation’s transformation towards the New Science Centre in Jurong Lake District.

Over a 20-year career spanning hospitality, technology, entertainment and destination brands, Jonathan has held senior leadership roles across brand, growth, digital transformation and customer experience at organisations including Zouk Group, Huawei, Baxter International, Banyan Tree Group, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts / Marriott. Prior to joining Science Centre Singapore, he led brand, marketing, communications and customer experience at The Kallang, formerly Singapore Sports Hub, helping reposition the precinct as a leading destination for sport, entertainment and live events in Asia.

Across these roles, Jonathan has built integrated, data-driven engagement strategies that connect brand, digital platforms, partnerships and live experiences to drive growth, brand relevance and commercial impact. He brings a senior client-side perspective to the debate on media effectiveness, including why media plans have become increasingly predictable and what marketers must rethink to deliver more distinctive, effective and accountable engagement.
