In Febuary 2018, Juliana said goodbye to a tenure-track academic career in biomedical research and 15 years of training at Cambridge University, MIT, A*STAR and NTU. She closed her research lab and reassigned her staff and PhD students, to pursue her calling to deliver social impact through science communication.

Now, she's making an impact on a much broader scale, as the founder & CEO of Wildtype Media Group, Asia’s leading STEM-focused media company, spanning digital, print, custom publishing and events.
