Katie is currently Head of Customer Marketing at Royal London where she's dedicated to the company's purpose of helping customers build their financial resilience. Katie started her career as a broadcast journalist before moving into public relations, advertising and marketing. She has more than 25 years' experience working for some of the world's biggest brands both in-house and for creative agencies in Scotland and Australia, where she ran her own consultancy. She's a passionate leader and committed to coaching and helping marketers harness their skills and talents.
