Based on his book ‘Do Pause’ Rob explored this question with us, looking at ideas and suggestions for daily habits and practices, tools and frameworks to help us get more from this time and ideas to help develop responsiveness and creative adaptation.

In this session YouGov shed light on the consumer landscape around the virus – how people see their behaviour, their spending, their media consumption changing and lots more. They shared top insights using data from their weekly APAC Covid-19 trackers across 8 APAC markets.
