Mitin is one of those leaders who believe in the power of creativity in disrupting businesses and building brands. A true Marketer at heart, he studied the subject all throughout his academic life and is still a devotee.

A strong believer in insight-led strategies, Mitin has an extensive background in marketing & retail, working with global brands such as Hamleys and Office Depot. At Landmark Group, he has been instrumental in transforming Babyshop into a purpose-led brand. Babyshop is now in 13 countries globally and will soon launch in Indonesia and China.

As a marketer he is a go-getter and is highly respected by his partners for his relentless drive, zest and positive energy.

His campaigns have been recognized globally, including winning the Cannes Lions, Effies, London International Awards, One Show, CLIO, Adfest, D&AD and WARC,

Mitin was also recently featured by Forbes Magazine as of the 50 Most Impactful Marketing & Communication leaders in the Middle East and earlier last year he was recognised by Campaign Magazine, Middle East for being one of the eight Marketing Game Changers of 2019.

Outside of work and travel, he spends time teaching young graduates in various Universities and also plays a music band as their lead drummer.
