Rachel Dunn

Rachel is Deputy Managing Director at Weber Shandwick, with 18 years’ experience in the UK and MENA region.

Having moved to the Middle East in 2008 to lead the Corporate & Consumer practise, Rachel now provides senior strategic counsel, training and programme direction to the agency’s key clients, spearheading communications campaigns that deliver real business results, whilst acting as an ambassador for Weber Shandwick and the wider industry. Her broad experience encompasses corporate, B2B and consumer-facing communications across multiple audience touch points and geographies, with current clients including Majid Al Futtaim Ventures, MEED, General Motors and Coty.

Prior to joining Weber Shandwick, Rachel was based in London for nine years at ad agency HHCL & Partners (Campaign’s Agency of the Decade in 2000), as well as boutique PR shops Killa Communications and Brave PR, working on award winning integrated campaigns for the likes of Texaco, Birds Eye, Habitat, Unilever and P&G.

Rachel has a BA in Music from the University of Sussex, UK, and is currently learning Arabic – she has two young sons with her Egyptian husband and enjoys being a multi-tasking mum!
