Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, Saudi German Hospital Group

Rami Zahran is the Group Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of the Saudi German Hospital Group in KSA. He is responsible for the company’s Marketing, Communications, Digital and Events activities. He has been responsible for transforming the department completely since taking over the role and has been credited for a significant positive impact to brand awareness and equity, as well as an increase in financial performance of the business.

Rami has 14 years of high-profile marketing experience and a proven track record in the healthcare sector. Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing, Communications and Business Development at American Hospital Dubai. Prior to that, he held a managerial role in the marketing department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. Earlier in his career, Rami was a Communication Manager at Leo Burnett Dubai. 

Rami Zahran holds an MSc in International Management for Middle East and Africa from the University of London and a BBA in Marketing and Advertising from American University in Dubai. In 2018, he was recognized as one of the top marketers in the Middle East by VMF Powerlist. He also continuously contributes to marcomms thought leadership through active participation as a speaker and panelist at local and international events.

Rami believes in leading with purpose and is very passionate about developing marcomms campaigns and content that connect and engage with customers through brand purpose.
