Tim Wang
Founder, TDW+Co

Tim Wang founded TDW+Co in Seattle's Chinatown with the dream of building a purpose-driven, community-based agency dedicated to creating meaningful dialogue that inspires positive and social impact within diverse communities. For more than 21 years, TDW+Co has produced over 1,000 campaigns, for over 100 brands, in 40 languages, including two of the largest Asian American advertising campaigns in history with the national 2020 Census and COVID public education campaigns. TDW+Co's work has garnered national recognition across numerous industry trade and creative awards, winning at 3AF, ADWEEK, ANA, Effies, and many others.
Today, Tim continues his passion for growing a more inclusive advertising industry by founding Stop At Nothing hosted at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity each year, while ensuring that TDW+Co lives out its mission, vision, and values. He enjoys speaking at trade conferences, college campuses, and community gatherings, about the unconventional route to advertising and making an impact through communications, while maintaining his voluntary duties as a board and advisory member for advocacy organizations such as Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC, The 4As, NextNW and University of Washington.
Tim remains active as a hoopster, having played college basketball for his alma mater, Pacific Lutheran University, and enjoys spending time with his 10-year-old son, Elijah and 1-year-old daughter, Eviana, sharing time between homes in Seattle and Los Angeles.
