Aurélie Nerbusson is the Head of Performance Media for L'Oréal's Consumer Product Division, where she leads the division's retail media strategy and activation to drive commercial growth and enhance brand visibility across the evolving digital commerce landscape.
 
Prior to her current role, Aurélie spent over three years as Head of Performance Media for L'Oréal UKI. In that capacity, she managed search and affiliate programs, and crucially, orchestrated the successful integration and rapid growth of retail media. During this period, Aurélie adeptly navigated organisational change, established group norms and best practices for this emerging discipline, and fostered critical cross-functional and division collaboration.
 
Known for her deep expertise in complex digital ecosystems and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach, her leadership ensured the UK was recognised for its strategic advantage and pioneering efforts in the rapidly evolving retail media landscape.
