Visionary Chaela Volpe pioneers the fusion of strategic communication, employee engagement and change management into one powerful approach grounded in neuroscience. Her mission is to optimize individual, team, and business performance, helping organizations eliminate high-cost struggles, elevate their workforce, and reach the next frontier of
success.

In 2025, she authored Brain-Fueled Workplace: Harnessing Neuroscience for Performance, Innovation, Transformation, and Growth, a book that challenges the way we work and exposes how common practices sabotage brain function and cause burnout. It offers a timely, proprietary solution as AI reshapes every industry, demanding employees do even more, faster.

Chaela’s career began on Wall Street and has spanned the legal, financial media, professional services, technology, and sporting goods industries.

She is known for challenging outdated norms to integrate planning and streamline daily operations—improving morale, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

In global leadership roles at renowned multinationals, she has helped shape and deliver business strategies impacting people and operations in more than 160 countries.

Her nearly decade-long tenure in Hong Kong and coaching studies in London expanded her global perspective, leading to the founding of her private practice, IntegraComm—now an independent consultancy centered on the solution introduced in her book.

Chaela is a NeuroLeadership Institute Results Trained Coach and a certified Prosci Change Practitioner. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Wesleyan University.
