Clare leads climate communications for the Scottish Government, championing climate action as the norm through campaigns, authentic local stories and transparent content. With 19 years' experience spanning government, financial services and agency work, she brings a data-driven approach to one of the most trust-sensitive briefs in public communications.

Clare has pioneered low-carbon campaign delivery at the Scottish Government, helping embed Ad Net Zero practices to reduce emissions across media, creative, and digital channels. She also recently completed a Sustainable Marketing certification from Cambridge University, deepening her understanding of what purpose-led communications looks like in practice – not just in principle.
