Gen Z is no longer an emerging audience.
They are already shaping culture, consumption and expectations across both B2C and B2B environments. Yet many traditional marketing approaches still struggle to engage this cohort in a way that feels relevant, credible and meaningful.
This Coffee & Conversation will explore how Gen Z is changing the rules for marketers. From the way they discover brands to how they build trust, evaluate value and make decisions, the discussion will unpack what is genuinely different and what organisations may need to rethink.
This is not only a consumer conversation. Gen Z is increasingly present in the workplace, influencing B2B buying decisions, internal culture and expectations of brands as employers. Together, we will explore how marketers can build stronger, more meaningful connections with this increasingly important audience.
Coffee & Conversation is an intimate, Members-only gathering that brings a small group together for an open discussion around the topics that matter most to them. There is no formal agenda and no presentations, simply a thoughtful working session with people navigating similar questions and challenges.
