The Marketing Society Annual General Meeting 2025

The following documents are available to download ahead of the meeting.

At the upcoming Annual General Meeting, Members will be asked to consider and, if thought fit, pass a special resolution to adopt updated Articles of Association for the company. The proposed new Articles will replace the existing Articles last revised in 2017. More information about these changes can be found here.
