Future Leaders with David Amers

Our Future Leaders programme of events have been developed over recent years to provide insights and inspiration for Future Leader level members who are aspiring to senior roles in our industry.

Our next Future Leaders session will take place on Tuesday 17 May from 4:00-5:00pm at the Leith Barge with David Amers, Planning Director at The Leith Agency as guest speaker.

​​​As a planner David has an impressive track record of conducting and evaluating research, creating powerful and galvanising brand positionings, producing effective audience segmentations and working closely with clients to develop their strategic marketing plans. He’s worked with clients such as IRN-BRU, Standard Life, The Scottish Executive and has also worked with BT, Carling and Tango during his time at The Strategic Research Group in London.

David will be introduced by Thomas Cheeseman, Senior Digital Marketing Manager at ICAS and Vice-Chair of the Future Leaders Advisory Group.

David’s session will focus on what it means to be a leader in our industry, as well as how to become an effective planner.
