THINK EQUAL is an initiative aimed at driving diversity and inclusion across the marcomms industry. Initially focused on accelerating gender equality, we’re aiming to help progress the careers of mid and senior management women, to take more leadership positions in brands, agencies and media owners in the UAE and wider region.
This session will explore different leadership styles exhibited by successful women in the workplace. How do these contrast with male leadership traits and how does this lead to success? Empathy, collaboration, resilience, and communication are key buzz words associated with effective female leaders but what can both males and females do to accelerate gender equality in leadership roles?
