Maeve DuVally opens up about her journey to Maeve, the lessons learned on her journey at Goldman Sachs, and how we can be better storytellers to create inclusive work environments. This uncomfortable conversation will be hosted by Margaret Molloy, Global CMO, Siegel+Gale. Maeve is a specialist in communications and diversity & inclusion and a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community. Maeve has had a senior role in Goldman Sachs’ LGBTQ+ affinity network; mentors’ transgender people at and outside of Goldman Sachs; and is a frequent public speaker on transgender workplace issues.


Marissa will be sharing how the NFL’s “Helmet’s Off” marketing approach has worked to make the League more approachable and more engaging to a younger and more diverse fan base, leading to all time high brand health and brand engagement. She will share the work that is Kicking off the season and what is in store for the future of the NFL. Marissa, is a magnetic business leader with over 25 years of marketing management, communications and sales experience in both the U.S. and Latin American markets. Her impressive career spans from Procter & Gamble Latin America, Deloitte Consulting and Pepsico. And In 2021 Marissa was recognized by Adweek as one of the Most Powerful Women in Sports for elevating the football watching occasion with the NFL and Frito Lay partnership. Join us as Marissa reveals the secrets behind her leadership style and hear stories and learnings from her award- winning career.


As a chief marketing officer who led five major businesses through sweeping transformations and top line growth, Maryam Banikarim has made a name for herself as a purpose-driven change agent who builds communities, embraces diversity and inclusion, and builds brands that are respected and loved. Maryam captured national attention in 2018 with her viral New York Times essay on taking a “pause” at the height of her highly successful career.


In a world that is moving fast, and with the need to pivot and adapt at speed it’s never been more important to lead innovatively, decisively and with impact. In this interactive session Sophie will share practical solutions to leadership questions with a focus on contemporary challenges, innovations and problems. She’ll cover when to slow down and take time to get things right, inspirational approaches to leading, how to achieve the most impact as efficiently as possible, how to unlock leadership growth and how to balance a sense of purpose with a need for pace.


Recent years have challenged the rules of marketing. From trying to keep pace with an ever-changing customer and their expectations, the development of new data and technology and faster decision cycles. What does the future look like for our industry? In our newly added session Eric Jacobs, Chief Innovation Officer, VAYNERMEDIA and Janine Yorio, CEO, Everyrealm, will explore marketing in the metaverse, what this means for marketers and how we can embrace this new frontier.
